1. Standard Delivery Times of Goods and Services
The standard delivery time for every product is two weeks from the date the buyer places the order. In case of urgent requirements or strict deadlines, additional charges may apply depending on the type of furniture ordered.
We verify the buyer’s address provided in the order form and confirm every order both digitally and through direct contact. Please note that Desgino Home Furniture only delivers within Pakistan and does not accept international orders.
Customers may place multiple orders in a single transaction without any hidden charges. Upon request, all items may also be delivered together.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
Desgino Home Furniture offers a 100% free return or replacement if the delivered product is damaged or differs in color or design from the original order.
Customers who receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order should contact our customer service team immediately. Once a complaint is registered, our team will verify the authenticity and validity of the issue before processing a replacement or return.
If the complaint is found genuine, the product will be replaced with a new quality product. However, if the claim is not considered valid, the company will not be responsible for returning or replacing the item.
3. Refund Policy
If an order is canceled by Desgino Home Furniture for any reason, such as the product being out of stock, the customer will receive a 100% refund through a cheque sent to the customer’s address within 15 days.
If the customer cancels the order, the remaining refundable amount will be processed after applying the deductions mentioned in the cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation of Orders
Non-Cash on Delivery (Non-COD)
- Cancellation on the same day: No deduction except standard payment transfer fees.
- Cancellation after one day: 25% deduction from the total amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cancellation on the same day: No deduction except standard payment transfer fees.
- Cancellation after one day: 25% deduction from the total amount, shown as a negative balance.
- Refusing to receive the order without a valid reason: 50% deduction from the total amount, shown as a negative balance.
General Terms and Conditions
Customers are advised to carefully review all product details before making a purchase from Desgino Home Furniture, as the company will not be responsible for misunderstandings or mistakes made during the buying process.
Pricing for customized furniture may only be disclosed during direct negotiations with the company. Standard pricing for customized orders will not be shared before the selection process.
At the time of registration, customers have the option to accept or reject the offered package. Once confirmed, no further negotiations or disputes regarding pricing or delivery will be entertained.
Credit Card Information
Customers may be required to provide credit or debit card details through secure payment channels approved by Desgino Home Furniture. Unauthorized or illegal card usage is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent restrictions from future transactions.
All customer payment information will be kept secure and confidential, and the company takes full responsibility for protecting customer data during transactions.
Newsletters and Promotional Messages
After submitting personal information, customers may receive newsletters, promotional offers, and event-related messages from Desgino Home Furniture.

Desgino Home Furniture will not be responsible for missed discounts if the customer fails to apply the coupon code correctly during checkout.
Any misuse of discount systems, cyber-attacks, or unauthorized methods used to obtain discounts may result in legal action. By making a purchase on the website, customers agree to all applicable terms and conditions.
